Member Profiles and Private Member Areas

University of Awakening may provide member profiles, private group membership areas, private community features, private member directories, or similar account-based features.

Member profiles and group areas are intended for private or limited-access membership use. We do not currently offer public user-generated content areas where users may freely publish content to the general public.

If we offer member profiles, group memberships, community memberships, or account-based features, we may collect and display certain profile information that you provide. This may include basic profile details such as name, username, photo/avatar, bio, interests, membership status, group participation, profile fields, preferences, and other standard community or membership information.

Some profile information may be visible to other members, depending on the membership system, privacy settings, group settings, and how you choose to participate. Members may still submit information through profile fields, forms, private group areas, comments, replies, messages, recordings, or other membership features. This information may be visible to University of Awakening administrators, moderators, service providers, or other authorized members depending on the feature, privacy settings, and membership structure.

support members who could not attend live;
improve our services, teaching, membership experience, and group structure;

Unless we clearly state otherwise, recordings are intended for private University of Awakening use, member replay access, participant access, internal review, or limited educational use within the applicable program or membership. Recordings are not intended to be public user-generated content.

By joining a recorded session, remaining in the session after a recording notice is given, or participating in a program where recording is disclosed, you consent to the recording and use of the recording as described in this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use, and any program-specific notices.

If you do not consent to being recorded, do not join the recorded session, turn off your camera, do not speak or submit chat messages, and contact us before participating to ask whether non-recorded options are available. We are not required to provide a non-recorded alternative unless required by law or agreed in writing.

Contact Forms and WPForms

Our website may use contact forms, including WPForms or other WordPress form systems. When you submit a form, we may collect the information entered into that form, including your email address, name, message, selected options, submission date and time, IP address, technical submission data, and related anti-spam or rate-limit information.

Administrative users may be able to view, export, reset, or remove entries from visitor-facing counts. Removing an entry from a visitor-facing count does not necessarily delete all underlying records unless the system specifically performs deletion.
